Meet John Mahan

Dr. Mahan is a Pediatric Nephrologist and continues to serve as General Pediatric Residency Program Director and Pediatric Fellowship program Director at Nationwide Children’s Hospital/OSU, Columbus, Ohio. Through the Center for Faculty Advancement, Mentoring and Engagement (FAME), he oversees a team of medical educators devoted to promoting best educational practices enduring contributions to medical education scholarship by the faculty of the OSU College of Medicine.

Meet Cynthia Ledford

Dr. Ledford is dual certified in Internal Medicine and in Pediatrics and is a Stanford Faculty Development Program in Clinical Teaching trained facilitator. She serves the College of Medicine in roles of Clerkship Director of Internal Medicine and Assistant Dean for Evaluation and Assessment.

Meet Cynthia Dougherty

Dr. Dougherty is the Director of the Office of Geriatrics and Interprofessional Aging Studies at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.  Her primary research interest includes interprofessional education and practice in healthcare. Cynthia has been teaching in the university environment for several years, both in the classroom and through online distance education.
